OPPORTUNITIES
Getting involved with HHFoH includes multiple opportunities that include donating medical supplies, financial donations, prayers, and joining us to volunteer in Haiti. VOLUNTEER IN HAITI
Many of the residents in Haiti have never seen a doctor. The nearest hospital in most cities is about ten miles away and for those who have no method of transportation, it’s impossible to receive much needed healthcare. With your help HHFoH is able to set up mobile clinics in remote areas of Haiti, giving some their first opportunity to see a doctor. Please help us today by volunteering your time to help someone else have an experience that many take for granted.
BRIDGING COMMUNITIES THROUGH EDUCATION
What started as a simple Saturday school has grown into a powerful bridge of opportunity for children and families in Northern Haiti.
This initiative began when Genevieve Baptiste partnered with HHFOH to bring online learning directly to kids in Haiti. With Sabine Guerrier’s community connections, she helped establish Saturday classes during the summer break at a school located in Dondon, Haiti.
A Growing Program
The program started small, with around 15 students. Today, nearly 30 children are participating—and the demand keeps growing. Parents in the community have also expressed a strong desire to join the lessons. While the school cannot yet accommodate everyone, the enthusiasm shows how deeply these classes are valued.
Expanding Access
As the program grows, so do the needs. Together with community partners, we are preparing to mobilize resources that will make an even greater impact, including:
- A large-screen TV to support group learning.
- Starlink satellite internet to provide reliable connectivity for online lessons.
Community Support in Action
The movement is already inspiring generosity. For example, one supporter has committed to sponsoring tuition for two children, ensuring their continued education. Stories like these remind us that when individuals step forward, entire families and communities benefit.

This effort has become much more than a weekend program—it is a bridge of hope, education, and empowerment that connects children, families, and supporters across borders.
